This qualification is aimed at individuals responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of any Food Safety Management Systems based on ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS Food Safety, IFS Food Safety etc.
The session include understanding of how to do Hazards Analyses, Control Measures Identification, CCP Planning, Implementation of HAZARD CONTROL PLAN (HCPs) and Food Safety Verification System in Food Manufacturing, Catering & Retail Sector.
